Western Cape government concerned about relaxed vigilance against COVID-19

The Western Cape government has expressed concern over what seems to be relaxed vigilance against COVID-19. This follows a so-called ‘super spreader’ event, where 60 people, more than half of the learners, tested positive after a night out at a bar in Cape Town. The public has once again been urged to exercise caution to avoid a second wave of the pandemic.
