WATCH | R10.5 billion SAA bailout as SA faces worst recession in 90 years

Finance Minister Tito Mboweni on Wednesday acceded to the request for a R10.5 billion to fund South African Airways’ business rescue process. SAA was placed in business rescue in December last year.
The funds will be made available from reductions from national departments and their public entities, provincial and local government conditional grants.
