Minister Nzimande calls for caution as traffic volumes increase

The annual Easter exodus from Gauteng to Limpopo and
KwaZulu-Natal started in the worst possible way this morning, with ten people dying in a horrific road accident on the N-one between Kranskop and Mookhophong. The driver of a minibus taxi veered into oncoming traffic – and hit a truck head-on. There’s been huge police activity on many of the major routes around the country today to try and prevent more people from dying.
