Gariep Dam community up in arms over lack of employment after launch of Chinese-SA fish project
The community of Gariep Dam is concerned that it has not seen employment opportunities that were intended to be created by the China-South Africa Agricultural Technology Demonstration Centre. The project was established 30 years ago to serve as a research, training and demonstration centre on different freshwater fish species.
