FULL SPEECH | Zuma vs Zondo: Commission to order a fresh summons against the former president

Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo on Monday announced that the commission of inquiry into state capture will order a fresh summons against former president Jacob Zuma to appear before them.
The commission would also approach the Constitutional Court on an urgent basis for an order, directing Zuma to appear and answer questions.
