Tanzania authorities have confirmed that two South African pilots were killed in a plane crash in Tabora region in the western part of the country. According to the Tanzania Aviation Authority the plane went down on Saturday after take-off from Tabora airport.
Tabora airport officials say the pilots sent a distress signal saying they had an engine failure before the Tabora airport control tower lost contact.
