Seido karate school teaches children self-defence against violence
With violence against children on the rise in our country, children can no longer only look to authorities and their parents for protection.
The onus is on them to take their safety into their own hands.
This by being vigilant as well taking up self-defence classes such as Karate, an ancient form of Martial arts from Asia. We visited Seido karate school in Melville where children are taught ways of protecting themselves from physical harm using karate. Seido karate also instils discipline and self-love in the learners.
