Police minister Bheki Cele visits Miguel Louw’s family
Police minister Bheki Cele has instructed a full investigation into the conduct of officers at Sydenham police station. Miguel Louw’s family complained to the minister of bad treatment by police when they reported the missing boy. Cele visited Miguel’s family today.
9-year-old Miguel went missing in July his decomposed body was found in Phoenix north of Durban last week. Our reporter Mlungisi Khumalo has been following the story.
