NUMSA still pushes for a higher wage at Eskom

The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa is still holding out for a higher wage offer from Eskom for its members, despite other unions’ acceptance of the power utility’s latest offer.
Earlier Eskom had said that the unions agreed on a 7.5 percent wage increase for 2018 and a seven percent increase for the next two years. Joining us on the line is Eskom deputy spokesperson, Dikatso Mothae.
