The annual Easter exodus from Gauteng to Limpopo started in the worst possible way this morning, with ten people dying in a horrific road accident on the N1 between Kranskop and Mookhophong.
The driver of a minibus taxi veered into oncoming traffic – and hit a truck head-on. There’s been huge police activity on many of the major routes around the country today to try and prevent more people from dying. The MEC for transport in Limpopo is Makoma Makhurupetje.
