Madagascar hands over Radio Freedom Equipment to SA

South Africa and Madagascar have pledged to strengthen economic ties in order to eradicate poverty and unemployment in both countries.
This as the two countries continue to cooperate on political and cultural issues.
Madagascar has officially handed over Radio Freedom equipment to South Africa, which was used as the broadcast mouthpiece of exiled activists in order to counter the propaganda of the apartheid government whilst scores of political activists were in exile in five countries on the continent.
