Lesotho’s PM Tom Thabane apologises for the instability the country has been experiencing

Lesotho’s Prime Minister, Tom Thabane, has apologised to King Letsie the third for the instability the country has been experiencing due to internal politics in the ruling party, ABC. He apologised through a speech he delivered in Maseru earlier today. Thabane, who is expected to retire soon, conceded that the squabbling has affected citizens – depriving them of basic service delivery.
