EFF responds to fishing community crisis

There are around 3-hundred-and-sixteen registered small scale fishing communities along South Africa’s coast but these communities are losing their livelihoods. The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries admitted in Parliament that it does not have the resources to support small-scale fisheries as there are only three people in charge of the 4- thousand killometre coastline.
