Good Evening and Welcome to Economics Unbound, Hello Nana. I hope you’ve been coping staying at home here in Studio 11. Especially with just a few days left now. While South Africa continues to count the costs of the Lockdown we’ve seen Ratings agency ,Moody’s has downgraded South Africa’s sovereign credit rating to junk status. Moodys is the last of the big three agencies to do so – after S&P Global and Fitch moved the rating to below investment grade in 2017.
