Tonight we’re examining the crisis response of one of South Africa’s best known retailers.
Woolworths on Wednesday apologised to the owner of Ubuntu Baba that manufactures baby carriers who had accused the retailer of stealing her design.
Woolworths admitted to striking similarities between Ubuntu and its own baby carriers.

To discuss we’re joined by the MD of Brand Finance Africa, Jeremy Sampson.
