On Thursday, the High Court in Pretoria ruled that the liquidators of the company formerly known as Bosasa, personally pay the legal costs of the application to have the liquidation reversed. This comes following the now named Africa Global Operations’ chairperson, Joe Gumede, filing an urgent application on March the 4th seeking to reverse the company having gone into voluntary liquidation.
