DA interim leader, John Steenhuisen has once again condemned former President, F. W De Klerk comments saying apartheid was not a crime against humanity.
Steenhuisen says a conversation needs to be opened up about the legacy of apartheid. He was briefing the media on the outcomes of the party’s two day Federal council meeting in Johannesburg. The party is preparing for its policy conference on the 4th and 5th of April. The DA also says it will embark on a full review of the entire parole system in South Africa, by submitting Parliamentary questions to the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Ronald Lamola.
