Charges withdrawn against Cato Manor Organised crime unit

Former Hawks Head in KwaZulu-Natal, Major General Johan Booysen, says he’s angry, not relieved, about the withdrawal of all charges against him and the Cato Manor Organised crime unit. Booysen, now retired from the police, says the charges were trumped up to prevent the unit from pursuing key individuals.
