Succumbing to massive pressure and mounting anger, the FW de Klerk Foundation has withdrawn its statement that apartheid wasn’t a crime against humanity. It now says it supports a provision in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court that includes apartheid as a crime against humanity. This after an SABC interview on February the second, in which Apartheid’s last President disputed the fact. Some have called for De Klerk to be stripped of his Nobel Peace prize.
