Bus commuters say they’re relieved to see bus drivers back at work.
Operations resumed across the country this morning, following a four-week-long strike. About 16 thousand drivers downed tools demanding a better wage. Employers and unions agreed on a 9 percent wage increase this year, and 8 percent next year. The increase will be backdated to April. Manqoba Mchunu was out at the crack of dawn.
