Burundi might plunge into another civil war if Nkurunziza extends his rule – Activist

Today, Burundians voted in a referendum to extend the Presidential term from five to seven years which would allow the incumbent President Pierre Nkurunziza to rule for up to 14 more years after his current term expires in 2020. Jean Regis Nduwimana a former journalist and activist in Burundi joins CNBC Africa as we look at what this means for the country.
