Africa faces the gloomy prospects of not achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals 2030. The African Capacity Building Foundation is concerned that the continent lacks the capacity to address socio-economic challenges. Among the goals are eradication of poverty, the opportunity for decent work and economic growth, as well as a reduction in inequality. The Foundation recently released an extensive report detailing concerns on the slow progress towards development goals.
