The outgoing COSATU president Sdumo Dlamini has painted a dire picture of the federation in the last ten years. It lost a staggering membership of 400-thousand. This was compounded by COSATU’s intense leadership squabbles which led to the dismissal of NUMSA from the Federation in 2015.
